Lake Winnebago
Seaplane Base is on the shores of Lake Winnebago. Seaplanes are parked in the calm waters and boat tours are $2 to view the aircrafts up close.
The Seaplane Base is only open during the annual EAA AirVenture show which is billed as “The World’s Greatest Aviation Celebration”. There are frequent buses from Oshkosh AirVenture to the base. The peace and tranquility of Lake Winnebago together with the beautifully picturesque surroundings are ideally suited for photography.
