Fw 190D-9
« on: August 20, 2008, 11:14:24 PM »
Dear All

Here is my first drawing , after studying the techniques explained in the two major posts above .

Many thanks first to Srecko , who spent time to comment my first test off line

All comments are wellcome , consider this drawing as a test bed for me to try to find the way I will  build my detailled profile of Fw 190D-9.

Rows of rivets are not represented but now I know how to draw them .

I do not apply any markings , but it was not useful for my first step . is is just new layers to add .

All the best

Eric

For the very first start this is very good. First at all- basic drawing set as invisible when you prepare art for display. I like the details of exhaust, they look just good. Shadow of the vertical rudder is also very good!

Hello

thanks for the comments .

I use pen tool but not for the overall shape of the aircraft . as I said it was just a test bed to explore all tools . Now I will begin seruiously working on it , much detailled  and precise .
