Many thanks No 1

but I don't think I am one of the best , I try simply to use my knowledge and skill , of pencil drawing ,and scale model building.

Busy week-end , with outside works in the garden and parties by friends  so I do not had a lot of time to work on my project .

Here is the Fw 190D-9 with her wings. The riveting is not finished as well as the showdows and highlights .

I think that this view enables you to understand the way I proceeded with the drawings , to be able to depict or not each elements of the aircraft .

The lower part of the landing gears are nor belonging to this layer , as several versions existed as well as several painting schemes.

I hope to be able to finish the wings tomorrow or Wednesday .

All the best

Eric

Yes Srecko

Before I have to represent all rivet lines , and there are a lot under the wings !

I have also 5differents layers , the flaps and the elevators and the wings themself , plus the wheel and the lower part of the landing gear  , thus then all combinaisons are possible .

I will be happy when all layers will be first finished , after I will deal with the stencils and markings .

Dear All

I will try to finish the draing this week-end , I have been so much busy with the book , at work that I had no chance to update my drawing .

To give news about the thrd book , we now have a photo identifying clearly another Fw  190D-13  and also more photos depicting Fw 190d-11s .

Dear All

Finaly , I succeeded to save time to complete the riveting and add missing details under the wings .

It was a very long work , but I learnt a lot . It is difficult to get the right information on the rivet lines.

Not I have to add the shadows an highlights .

The last steps of th initial phase  , will be , the flpas , the elevators and the wheels (main landing gear and tail wheel) .

All the best

Eric

That 's all for this Sunday

I have finished the tail wheel , the support is not fully detailled yet .

I will take the opportunity to give my best ackwolegments to all of you on this forum, especially to No1 , for his drawings basic courses online .

They help me very much to progress on computer drawing . Now only few details are left . The second phase will begin, with the representation of the markings , the last step will be final weathering and so on.

All the best to all of you

Eric
