My scheme is more extrapolation than fact, I'm afraid. I had several photos of machines from NSG 9 and each airplane has a somewhat different disruptive pattern on it, both top and bottom. Some were more uniform "snake" squiggles and one was a tight cross-hatched pattern on most of the airplane. These were new airplanes when NSG 9 received them, fresh in either the splinter pattern or the overall green of the last production batches. I believe (my supposition only) each crew was handed the spray gun and compressor and the results were different as each plane crew did their own birds. Mine is from a grainy photo and this one seemed to have several different "designs" on it, almost as if different men shot different parts of the airplane. So, it's close but probably not perfectly accurate.
