Too bad they didn't put the outer "arms" of insignia in a different place, though...... :-/ I reckon their legal team decided not to risk problems.

Yes, simple like the real one, and this kit is much, much better than the old LTD one!

Yes, and I have seen that in Germany: the WWII German kits were:
- not bearing swastikas
- bearing swastikas but those ones were masked with paper, miliput, masking tape...

IMHO swastikas on kits is just  part of History...

Well, a bit strange to me also, swasticas on aircraft is not preaching the ideology, it's history and as such shouldn't cousing problems, but who knows, maybe the laws are very strict on this matter and the model manufacturers don't wish to risk......
