Too bad they didn't put the outer "arms" of insignia in a different place, though...... :-/ I reckon their legal team decided not to risk problems.

I'll be enjoying your build of this one, I like the LaGG series much!!! :-love

Yes, simple like the real one, and this kit is much, much better than the old LTD one!

Yes, and I have seen that in Germany: the WWII German kits were:
- not bearing swastikas
- bearing swastikas but those ones were masked with paper, miliput, masking tape...

IMHO swastikas on kits is just  part of History...

Well, a bit strange to me also, swasticas on aircraft is not preaching the ideology, it's history and as such shouldn't cousing problems, but who knows, maybe the laws are very strict on this matter and the model manufacturers don't wish to risk......

Works on interior, paint have exceed on some places, will be correct in the meantime ;)

Kit is very easy to built and have options of the engine cowling's so few versions could be made. Also counter weight on vertical could be left as is or trip for some versions

Thanks :)) it is dry right now and in the afternoon I will take sanding as well final parts mounting. And then, it is ready for painting... I guess  :-think

Painted and there is something strange, green color look different on images then on kit. I hope final images will be better

Hmmmm..... :-think was this the "tractor green" AMT 4 color used by some factories? If so I think I used FS 34151 interior green to get the correct shade.

Decals is on and just remember to mention- I have excellent decal sheet for this kit, made by InScale 72 production, during the '90, perfect product ;)
