Grumman F9F-9 Tiger
« on: September 10, 2008, 03:05:55 PM »
Hi,

The second prototype of the Grumman Tiger, which, at the time was still called F9F-9... before becoming the F11F.
The kit is from Lindberg in 1/48 scale of the 1950's. It's a very accurate kit in shape and dimensions, a fact seldom to be seen at this time...

Not at all !
I use Humbrol Metalcoat "Polished Aluminium" and polish it with SNJ aluminium powder and for the darker aeras with graphite (from a B  pencil)...
