Northrop F-5 30, on the pole in Volos, Greece
« on: July 09, 2011, 01:53:23 AM »
As I was preparing for my 10 days holiday in small village near city of Volos in Greece, I scanned the area with Google Earth looking for precise routes to some archaeological sites around, I accidentally caught this baby. So I spend one hot afternoon under cruel sun, but I did photos. This is my first F-5 I ever saw, I hope you'll like it.

Srecko, I am glad you like it :-flo Sall , I do not have anything against changing the name, as Srecko like it; the point is that we have some more photos of it. For me this was very first live contact with this airplane and I photographed as much as I could with my small camera. It was very hot, and I was walking some 2-3km through the city before I reached  F-5. I didn't catch first layer of skin color in Belgrade, and it was danger to walk on sun much; my neck, hands and parts of the legs were on the edge of painfull over exposition. I had to stop more times during the photographing and rest in the shadow of the airplane, or a surrounding trees.

Here is the rest :-wave
