Hard to find good image of Galland machine with this >> markings but guess I will make one of this samples.

'Weisse Dreizehn' was after the war officially released as a company photo by Messerschmitt A.G. Also original of this photo bears the M.B.B. stamp on the reverse side! It must be said that also other photos are known; one with a complete formation in flight and another one with White 13 parked on the ground. I guess that the last one was the original photo and that the other shots are the results of very early Photoshopping. Even without a computer very realistic results have been obtained! So, in a way we could say this photo is indeed too beautiful to be true......

I would agree with Nico, and that was my thought exactly - that the photo of the plane was "overlaid" onto sky background :-think
