Something observing and with very interesting look and this is very start work on color profile.
-
Glass is done and panels are nearly complete :)
-
A good one, and real ones are very rare nowadays!
-
Real one, they are preserved?
-
More progress with panels and rivets ;)
-
Shadows and metal shine in work
-
Real one, they are preserved?
Yes, there are four still around, one at NMUSAF on display, one used to be in Topeka Air Museum in Kansas, one in storage at National Air And Space Museum and one being restored to fly at Planes of Fame in California. The one in California is at least partly one that they used to fly but was damaged, and I think their restoration is intended to fly again.

Excellent, will take a search for any images of preserved ;)
-
Sorry to say I had taken some photos of the one at Topeka years ago but I haven't any idea where they are.......
-
Little progress on my side, hope I will do more later :)
-
Development completed, now to do one color profile
