Hi mate,
Interesting plane. I like it. It's one of the most beautiful Japanese planes... with the Saiun.
Jicehem :-wave
-
It is nice and as I know very powerful. Did the French use any of them?
-
Hi mate,
No, the French only used some Ki-43 "Hayabusa" within GC 1/7 in Indo-China.

Thanks for info :)
-
There were at least 13 "Hayabusas" within both GC 1/7 and... GC 2/7 during the years 1945-1946. They were replaced by "Spitfires".
Other Japanese planes in French service :
L2D2 "Tabby" : 1 (GT 1/34); Ki-51 "Sonia" (SAL 99) : 2 ; Ki-46 : 4 (SAL 99) ; Ki-21 "Sally" : 1 (GT 1/34).
In the navy, there were also one A6M2-N "Rufe" and one E13A1 "Jake"
