Hi mates,

I was wondering the same Second Air Force, but two things that confirm a -G4 version is fixed tail wheel with dust cover, and wheel well faired over. G2 version has retractable tail wheel system.
So, I think G4 is the subject, but we wait for more comments about it!!
Cheers from México

Very possible it is G-4/R3 but who knows. To be honest this image was so attractive so I could not resist not to make this sample. And here you are once again puzzling late war machine  :-wall

Yes, I agree with you on this, Memitus. At first glance I was looking at the tailwheel opening and it looked almost like it may not have had a fairing over it. After looking again I noticed the boot over the strut. It just proves I should look harder before making comments!  :-blah :-blah :-blah

That unmarked airplane is really something to see, No.1. I wonder why no insignia...... :-think

Very good, mate  :-ok :-ok :-ok

It's a night fighter of JG 300. Maybe "grüne 7", maybe "rote 7"... or, as told in a German magazine, it was "gelbe 7" of 3. Staffel at Bonn-Hangelar during 1943. Another one of the same unit is known : "gelbe 15" with almost the same camo scheme.

In this way I will change number color and this is complete. Publication design is almost complete, now remain couple of days of hard detailing :)
