Hello to all in this group!
I have lurked here for quite some time and have recently joined the forum with the intention of participating.
My passion in aviation goes back to my youth and I am also a private pilot. My father was a paratrooper and was always interested in a/c and that got me hooked. I also run a website dedicated to the men of RAF Bomber Command (
www.bombercrew.com).
My interest in the aviation art stems from the fact that I am an Industrial Designer and naturally drawn to such subjects. However, due to family obligations etc, I haven't spent much time drawing and painting over the past decade but that is something I hope to reverse.
It is inspiring to see such talented individuals producing such quality work, I hope you all won't mind sharing with a newbie.
