I hope this one is Ok, lots of airplanes in it... May be they used the original Lockheed Vega for the stationary shots.

Hopefuly, it won't have lots of heroical drama, but some good taste...

Cheers!

Oh, Ok! Then I'll do as you said. Next week I'll send you the money and an e-mail with the tracking number for the envelope.

Thanks Nico, have a nice weekend.

That's great then, let's do like that. On the other hand if it's ok with you, I'd rather go with Western Union for the payment, as Argentina's Mail is notorious for its taste for bill-filled letters :( and I'm ok with paying an extra bit to make things work. I'll send you an e-mail tomorrow with the details concerning the transfer, delivery address, etc.

Thanks!

Javier

Ok, after so many firebreathers (the jet planes, not the ones writing the ports :-green), how about some reciprocating engine sounds...

Dewoitine 26 for all of you, enjoy (even the sneezing of someone near the camera!!!) :-tri

Hi, No.1!

I remember delighting myself on a website devoted to biplane aces from WWII, here is the Yugoslav section of it:

http://surfcity.kund.dalnet.se/yugoslavia.htm

And the pilots that rammed their targets:

http://surfcity.kund.dalnet.se/yugoslavia_cvetkovic-ciga.htm

http://surfcity.kund.dalnet.se/yugoslavia_jermakov.htm

http://surfcity.kund.dalnet.se/yugoslavia_popovic.htm

http://surfcity.kund.dalnet.se/yugoslavia_tanasic.htm (doesn't specify wether he rammed his traget or shot it down)

A bit of history:

http://surfcity.kund.dalnet.se/fury_yugoslavia.htm

Are you gonna depict the Fury in 2 or 3 colour camouflage? Also, I have the Amodel Fury and if I recall correctly it has the serials for nros. 13, 33 and 43 and a fourth one wich I don't remember right now. Is there any possibility to now wich serial numbers carried wich colour scheme? I'm thinking about ordering an extra Fury to portray both schemes :-jump

Hope that info helps, it's looking good!

Cheers,

Javier

Hi Nico,

I hope you get that e-mail issue solved soon. The issue I have is that TNT is a private venture over here, and as such are heavily taxed when receiving a parcel. I'd tell you that taxes could easily reach 50 Euros or such (I worked for TNT last year). Is in anyway possible to send it as a regular shipment, for thru our national mail service, usually books are cleared without paying any taxes. If not, let's go ahead with the TNT option.

Let me know what do you think about that and the payment method I sugested.

Cheers!

What a great little plane, and very original too! :-ok

I asume you feed that cat with fresh meat and not cat chow. May be that kitty is the answer to the missing postman?

Cheers :-tri

Hi mate,  :-salut

Very beautiful artwork ! Bravo.  :-clap  :-clap  :-clap  :-ok

The blue of the French cocardes is a little too violet.
Here are the official colours for the Armée de l'air, as made by the manufacturer "Pyrolac".

Hi Jicehem,

What an excelente reference chip, very well preserved indeed!

I remember reading a very interesting article on one of the Avions magazines, related to camouflge in the Armee de l'Air, years ago and they mentioned that mixing colours almost in a free-will basis when painting the aircrafts was, if not the order of the day, a very widely accepted and often sugested policy. Can you confirm something on that?

Best regards,

Javier
