This is the beautiful set of imagesThe mosquito is VT589 a T.3 dual control trainer variant with 58sqn she was painted training yellow all over.Please tell me some more info about the light color on Mosquito, fuselage code letter 'Z'

Thought members would like to see this set of images I have. They are of RAF Benson after WW2, this Unit was the home of RAF Photographic Reconnaissance from 1940. These images were taken from 1945 to 1956 and show the various reconnassiance aircraft used, there is even a Lancaster PR.1 (still carrying out research on this one).
I have had the images for a number of years and apart for only putting a couple of them on my site, they have not been seen before.

My info states that PS915 had medium sea grey applied to the wing, tailplane and fuselage uppersurfaces over the overall scheme of PRU blue, with some having the front half of the spinner in medium sea grey

If you scroll day there is some very good information on 268 Sqn and their FR.1B aircraft.
I had to make them smaller so I could upload them to the site. I will check my files once I get back to work on Monday and see if I have any examples of 268 Sqn.
