Don't know... look like paper plane made as flying object. It is for some trial purposes and maybe could be engined but this sample is very simple made of few wood sticks and fabric over it. Nothing but shape.

In 1938 in Germany was made movie about Red baron and this is the last time that Dr.I was running its engine. I think the very last was destroyed during the bombing in 1944.
