Hi,

this started as the Red Baron 1/72 scale kit from Esci but something goes bad with large decals applications so this was rebuilt and just now finished as machine served in Denmark.

Aircraft Modeling / Supermarine Spitfire Mk. I early

Hi friends,

here you are what I have finish last night, this build is actually way to rest after extreme hard last few weeks. This is old Hasegawa kit, 1772 scale. I am not sure that this is so accurate kit but at least it is easy to build and offer interesting option to build early two blade propeller and cockpit canopy more flat then the later one. Interesting to note is that I have seen only one image of this planes from this unit and the image is made during official press visit, so all planes are so shiny and clean. Interesting is that they have no red marks on the wings, I did not see it, and that some planes have canopy frame in very light color, maybe white. Just to note that I did not have Lycra with me in the moment so wires will be add later.

Now available is the third of Justo Mirandas Unknown! series. Done in
the style of the Reichdreams Dossiers, this series covers more than just
WWII German designs, branching out to cover designs from around the
world. They are more recent products than most of the Dossiers, and
benefit from further experience in drafting... with the result being
that there are a great many truly wonderful diagrams contained within
their pages.

The Unknown series is at the bottom of this page:
