Yes, that was not on purpose, I fixed it, the seat is wood coated with leather

Sadly these 3 days off passed too quick....... The seat is done,the belts are made of masking tape and photo-etch left-overs using decals from the box as a quide. I made all the metal details on the fuselage, replace the lost ones and painted them, it's maybe not as real, I painted them in natural metal, they may have been painted but I like it better this way, a bit of artistic freedom this time
And the lower wing and tail skid are on, that's it for this time, will continue next time I'm home, now back to work......

I didn't like the Eduard's tail skid so I made a new one from my home made laminated wood, same as propeller which is finished in the meantime

Home for the weekend and right back to the workbench 
As always I like to experiment on my models so I decided to try out a new thing for me, I'm " playing " with the lights as a first step of weathering, canvas areas are matt,metal semi gloss and the wood is gloss, not sure how much is visible on the photos but in life looks good, I'm satisfied

Fuselage painted, decals are on, must say these are the best decals from Eduard I ever used, very thin, no need for any chemistry at all, they fit in every panel by them selves, the only backside is you don't have much time to adjust them on the model only few moments and with lots of water, if don't they stick to the surface very very fast and you can't move them anymore, only to try to take it off with a great risk and try again.... Unfortunately I'm travelling early in the morning back to work so I won't be able to finish the model, it will have to wait to the next few days off....
