Good idea, this remind me that I also in past use such black paint as base!

Thank you!

Some progress: AK Xtreme Metal Steel airbrushed on some parts; turbines painted with AK True Metal Aluminium - a second painting phase will be needed.

The seat is base painted with AK 3D acrylic Mahogany Brown - not finished yet...

Thank you my friend. Not an easy build anyway; I've masked the bombs to paint the cone in red but the masking tape reacted with the paint resulting in a disastrous granulous effect; so, once again, I have to remove the paint (just of the bomb fortunately!)

Wishing to keep my zen attitude, I changed my mind painting the first layer of basic flesh paint on Linda.
Shee looks better now  :))

And, still, I'm not happy with the look of Linda : the color of the hat is not appealing enough. I will repaint it in black.

Morality: not all the builds are simple and easy...  :-green

...Bombs airbrushed in red over a white base; then head masked; then black: now the parts are ready for aluminium painting

It's a self-made; easy to do. A good base, a drilling machine and a little bit of time...

AK Xtreme Metal Aluminium was airbrushed; then AK True Metal Brass for the exhausts; final assembly and the Aviator is finished.

Well... It's a nice kit but I'm not sure it's a good idea from the manufacturer to send to customers kits that are directly 3D printed: it would be better to print a master, then to sand and finish it smoothly before selling the resin made from that master. Too much print lines on the kit. With all the rivets it was rellay a big problem for sanding correctly. That's why I had to remove the wings rivets...

Linda will follow later... I wish to build something else actually.
