Nymphs
« on: September 01, 2018, 04:53:01 PM »
Still from El Viejo Dragon, two nymphs at 1/43 scale (4 cm).
First step was base paint in white then Tamiya Flesh airbrushed - But Tamiya is a little bit too dark for my taste so I will airbrush a nex base with same tamiya paint with some white paint added...

I have tried the Andreas Miniature flesh set; not bad at all... I own also the AK Interactive Flesh set; I prefer the colors of this one. But I don't use it actually, preferring to try to make some work with oil paints. Abteilung 502 made an oil paint flesh set; that I will try with those figures...

Today I've airbrushed a new coat of Tamiya XF-15 Flesh mixed with some white.

Result is better for me...

You're right... There are so many colors actually. Maybe I will paint the hair of my third nymph in blue ;)
