All parts are pre-painted by the manufacturer and models are sold entirely finished with engines, lights, etc. Thin red lines are printed as are decals. The manufacturer is the sole French one and models are assembled in... China for about 15 years. There has been a time when we could buy those models unassembled...  :-/
