Thanks :) Now hard work to spot all cement traces, to fine sand it and spray thin coat of black filler. Tomorrow, under day light, I will be able to see final details and maybe start with metal paint. But before all, to make rounds for machine guns on leading edge.

Can you section a small piece of a sprue fret, or do you maybe have some of those little half-spheres that Eduard molds on their parts? This might help with these shapes.....

I find solution- small pearls used for making jewelry, I find in my wife accessories some which match perfectly and best at all, they have hole where I will insert tubes for machine guns :)) So I will make points of holes, drill small holes and insert pearls to lay half inside.

Hello mate,

Very interesting but strange plane, the first prototype of which was a mix of different planes...
Building this kit is a nice project and progress goes well.

Thank you my friend. Entire design is strange and as I know among rare types with engines placed in the mid of the fuselage.

Work done this morning and in this moment I mask cockpit canopy. When I place it on kit, there will be final work with dissolved putty and hope today will be applied first coat of black primer.

Dissolved putty is great! (I tried to add lacquer thinner to the red putty I use but results were not so good.)

The idea of building this airplane from existing design elements is one of the strangest USAAF projects. My personal thinking is that General Motors proposed this because they had sunk a good deal of time and effort into the Allison 3420 engine and needed an airplane to use it in. GM was removed from the B-29 production scheme (that slot was given to Martin/Omaha) so that the P-75 project could be realized by GM. Regardless, it is an interesting machine!!!
