Dear Sir,

On 16 january I’ve informed you (in French), as Italery asked, that I have a damaged part in kit 2651 (part #28).
Until today, no answer from you, and no replacement part received.

Please, can you send me as soon as possible a replacement part?

J’ai contacté Italeri pour signaler le probleme d’une pièce incomplètement moulée dans le kit 2651 « Spitfire MK IX » 1/48 que j’ai acheté : il s’agit de la pièce 28 (pipes d’échappements).

Italeri me renvoie chez vous (voir ci-dessous) pour obtenir une pièce de remplacement.

Pouvez-vous me l’envoyer   mon adresse :

No news from the importer.
No news from Italeri.

I cannot give comfidence in such a case...

...Yes, I'm furious...

As well they are not bright with accuracy of their kit, this is nice recommendation to skip them!
