I was there for about 4 hours, very busy, excellent range of models of course, not just aircraft.  There was even a stand for the RAF model club and I meet a friend and former workmate who I had not seen for over 10 years!

I was asked to visit by a stand that was displaying Photo-reconnaissance aircraft models, they had seen my site and asked me to drop by. I left them with some copies of some of my recce images and they displayed them with the models.

All those Phantoms , was that a kind of some particulair theme  or challenge?

Hi, The aim for all those Phantoms was to have 500 Phantoms on display. They managed quite a few more than that. I was supposed to have one of mine on there but due to a last minute problem I couldn't get it down there in time. This years Telford was an excellent show and I really do recommend making the trip it it's possible for you.

Welcome aboard Greg  For those who does know, Greg is owner of one great web place Unofficial Airfix Forum.

Phantom is great plane and it is possible with that type to make that large number of display. I do believe that look at that number of kits displayed is marvelous an I hope that I could come next year. I have to come this year as well I get invitation but due to some orders and very sharp deadline I was simply bind to my workstation...
