SAAB J-29 Tunnan
« on: September 26, 2013, 12:14:00 PM »
Dear friends,

few days ago you have seen I have received brand new kit of Tunnan from Tarangus and I have just start the build. This kit look like medium run kit but parts fit good. I note that nose shape is not round but oval but hope this can be solved later in work when I place nose ring.

More updates coming, I put priority on this build

Final filler and sanding work and first coat of primer. I have noted some very small gaps so I will repeat filler work on some small pieces and after that prepare for painting :)

The Tunnan certainly reminds me a lot of the Messerschmitt P.1101 project!

It look the same, many post war projects are based on German research.
