Today insert and preparation of the AIRES cockpit detail set:
1. The sides of the interior of the cockpit are sanded
2-3. Resin elements are glued with cyano. Those elements are fitting extremely well.
4-5. The seat: seatbelt is glued and also the lateral reinforcements. Parts are too fine and easily deformable; to place carefully...
6. The instrument panel: I don't have used the photoetched pedals of the detail set; because there were too big and woyld have been lower than the floor! Instead I've cut those of the plastic part of the kit.
7-8. The "main body" of the interior, let say the floor and the rear of the cockpit. The resin part is fine and a little bit more detailed than the kit one, but you need to cut the rear of the kit part and, later, to glue it in the kit...
