When the GA.11s were first introduced, in 1962, they went into service with the Fleet Air Arm. At that time they were used as ground attack weapons trainers and so kept the radomes.
Later, in 1969/1970, the aircraft were transferred to a civilian organization called the Fleet Requirements and Air Direction Unit (FRADU) and were commonly used as simulated air targets. In this configuration most had the radomes removed and the Harley lights fitted in the nose. Later on they received a new, all over Dark Sea Grey, paint scheme (I will do that pattern)
One of bitter problem is that I lost right oleo leg and nose leg crashed so I need to get good full size images and make them from scratch.
