This black panther- I have seen it before on some French fighter unit before and during WW2. Am I wright?

Yes, you're right. This "black panther" (origin SPA 78) has been the emblem of the 3rd escadrille of GC 2/7 on Morane Saulnier MS 406s and Dewoitine D 520s.
The RAF (French) 326 Squadron "Nice" (the name of a town of the French Riviera) was formed from GC 2/7 in North Africa and was equipped with Spitfire Vc.

It's the Airfix kit, from the box with great care to build it...
This kit, issued in 1977, stays the best base to obtain an accurate Spitfire V in shape and outline... direct from the box.
It's always possible to improve a kit...
