Focke Wulf Fw 200 C-4
« on: July 16, 2014, 06:51:35 PM »
Hello everybody,  :-salut :-salut :-salut

Here is my new project in the making for some days. This the Fw 200 C-4 from Revell, the kit being that of... 1966 reissued in 1995.
The kit is a "small" 1/72 scale model, nearing 1/73. But it's of no importance (at least for me...). I have cemented all moveable parts. The u/c has been shortened by about 3 mm.
I hope I'll finish it before the end of this summer...

Some refinements :

Some repairs to be made : tip of the aft fuselage (broken) and a missing part, the half-fork for the tailwheel...

Hi mate,

This is RLM 83 Dunkelblau, used in 1943-1944 in the Mediterranean theater of operations. This color was discontinued when Germany was withdrawm from this sector. This color has been discovered by Michael Ullmann two years ago.
