Yep, Italeri's painting instructions are almost always doubtful to completely inaccurate :-wall, especially when it comes to paints used. What machine do you build, any pic or profile?
Check what experts in italian-built machines say: http://www.stormomagazine.com/index.htm

Sample I built was crash landed in Switzerland and from two available images I manage to do something... all instructions given by manufacturers look like refer to the delivery machine, operational machines have large number on fuselage.

If you already have pics, why do you care about the instructions?
From available pics I know that Italeri made some major mistakes also on my samples, but it's pics I'm going to follow. Not to mention that they didn't give matricola militare numbers at all :-wall

Problem is that fuselage after the cockpit is sliced off. Also bottom wings top surface is not visible. You know that I do not prefer to make approximation in work. Never mind, this will be completed as better as I can.

My problem is hummingbirds--we have many (well over 150) hummers that spend the summer here and they are now migrating to South and Central America. I spent all morning cleaning and repairing feeders that are ready to be put back into storage as our population is rapidly dwindling. Most days during the peak season I spend at least an hour, sometimes two, filling feeders and preparing their favorite sugar/water drink. Another week or so and we won't see any until mid-April of next spring. We miss them when they're gone, but they are a lot of work when they are here. A benefit for us humans is that we have almost no small insect problems--the hummingbirds LOVE little bugs!

Ok, I found a little time to visit the Falco. Still much to be done here, but progress is made.
