Title: Bloudek XV Lojze

Some time ago you have seen in new arrival that I get this kit. It is received for review and it present sport plane designed in Slovenia before WW2. Whole kit is made of urethane resin, it is hand crafted and present excellent piece of work. My first work focused on the same wing, first at all I need to remove it from mold base and then to sand leading edge (where was feed line during the mold) and then also to sand surface. As well I prefer other style of rib presenting I decide to fill whole surface with filler and sand it later into the smooth.

They were a real pain to clean, but I still have them, plus a few Staedtler Marsmatics. Great days :)

New ribs are made and kit parts are in black basic color. Ready for interior color and basic section assembly :))

looks much better. Only one sugestion. Wings that Bloudek made were advanced because of it's cross sectiond struts in shape of leter x throught the whole wing. I didnt know how to model it in resin but you can add them now. Look at the foto:

I know that mate, on that cross connection was fit on above anchoring plate, this will be included. Leading edge made front torsion box...

Interior is painted and place inside. I decide to put seat direct in fuselage, this method look best for me. After that wing in place and... lunch time  :-love

It is really cute small kit, I really like it, no matter that in general I don't prefer much non military aircrafts
