I must boast a tiny bit--I've finally purchased (it cost me too much, but that is beside the point now.... ) a Classic Airframes Bf-109C kit. I had begun to think this would never happen. So I now have the potential of some Jumo powered early machines on the horizon.

Here is a quick-review of the UM G-6 for those who might be thinking about purchasing one. There are VERY many spare parts that come with this including bomb racks, drop tanks, a full DB 605, Trop air filter, two vertical tails, two types of horizontal stabilizers, etc. I haven't gotten the drawings out but the model seems quite nice at first glance.

Now that we're back from out of town I've spent a bit of time on these modeling projects. The lower color is on Weiss 5--now the fun begins, the variously sprayed upper camouflage.

The camouflage errors I made are corrected and the clear gloss applied. Hopefully decals go on this weekend.
