Correction done.

I have removed the tail; sanded the prominence and glued the tail in place again. Good result but of course I will have to use putty  :-green
I've used the part of a needle to reinforce the fixation of the tail, as you can see on the second photo...
Exhausts are painted in rust.

So is my "English" English!! Where I live, the locals speak with a variety of Southern accents and have certain words that don't really exist. Ellen and I have the "neutral" Midwest U.S. way of speaking and it's easy to see we didn't grow up where we live!

This machine is coming along nicely, a far cry from the very basic 1/72 S-199 that was offered in the 1970s.
