1/48 Italeri UH-1 Huey medevac
« on: May 22, 2013, 09:11:22 AM »
This is one of the worst kits I have ever done. Nothing fits together nicely.
I complicated it even more with CMK resin sets for engine and interior. Those are nice sets, but still incorrect.
I am relatively happy with the final result, but there are many things that could be improved.
Enjoy

Although you have done great job in a lovely subject,I would admit that we live in an era where everything must not be..so clean.
I mean that you can play a little by adding some dust beneath,a lil grime or stains in the engine compartment, even on the canopies.
And a bit weathering in some areas like the black anti sun area on the nose,or adding some irregular bloches of lighter olive drab in some panels to look like faded out/worn out by use.
Anyway,this was my 2 cents worthy opinion...by the way,very nice base.Well done.
