The Empty bucket...
« on: July 31, 2011, 11:05:04 AM »
Back again,
With another "retro" vignette made of simple stuff I had in my drower and were looking for a home.
The kid is a figure from Andrea's range and the puppy from Alpine British figure set.
All the rest are made from scratch using DAS model clay, country stones and branches, and lot of imagination.
The leaves are from Joefix Studios and lake water was made of Delux material's solid water.
Bluebird is a conversion from Tamiya live stock little chicken.
Hope you like it...Enjoy,and please fell free to comment.

Thank you  Sall. The water was made of clear resin,a material called solid water by delux company, wraping the base with masking tape, and sealing the gaps with liquid masking.

You said glass Sall?
Oh boy, that would be interesting enough, with real water inside and the fish could move...
But maybe I forgot to mention that the whole vignete's base is 3x3cm.
As you can imagine,it is rather small for that staff.
Maybe in a next project will use your idea.
Thanks again.
Cheers.

Beautiful vignette, I like the idea of using the boy, but I'm going to put it next to Charlie once I find it in my stash... :-think
The tree, water, water leaves, everything is stunning :-clap :-clap

Excellent work, very fine!

Andrea's figure recalls me the film "The Kid", with Charlie Chaplin... Same expression...
