Therefore I've established point of trouble - glass is too thick, so interior side didn't fit well, which in turn caused it to collide with dashboards' end:

Now, off to the filing I went (using the roughest file I have), and after some dryfitting and more filing, it set as good as it could... After that everything went smooth, and here we are:

Bearing for rear right wheel had to be scratchbuilt, since I've lost one two years ago... For this I used sprue filed to outer diameter and drilled to inner. Now just a touch of paint, and it's going to be like original one...
