Hi to you all !

I'm stuck with my aircraft project's so I need a little change so I decided to make a panzer for a change. It's an old CMK 1/35 kit Pz.Kpfw 35 (t) made by Czech Škoda factory. As always it wont be simple I got the CMK engine set and CMK interior.... First steps :

You have a point there mate !

Some progress, fitting the resin interior with some scratch work, the engine compartment needed new walls and floor and some copper wires added to make it more real, and the turret detailing started, to be continued....

I use old cables from different electrical stuffs that went K.O. like iron, fridge, computer, tv, antenna cable etc... You can find various diameters in these and works great, you have some extra work to get to the wires but it costs nothing.....

Thank you friends !

The interior, I like to put a little " life " in my models so I put some personal stuff inside newspaper, water canteen ..... The vehicle represents maintenance so some of the package witch is usually outside is now put inside to get it " out of the way ", ration box, water canisters

Thank you friends !

A bit of progress, the upper hull and the mud guards are on their place but it wasn't simple, there was a section that I had to fill with plastic sheet between the hull and the mud guard, the open areas would make the gaps visible. Also the front section on the mud guard is completely missing in the kit so I had to scratch it with brass plate, but actually this is fine for me, on later stages I can simulate some damage on them....

I guess you widely use your precise soldering method there?

Actually not on this one, it was a simple work only two pieces per side so for that one connection between the two parts the cyano glue was enough. I made it simple as much as I could, the front and the inner side is one piece and the outside is the second, the one connection between the two parts is only about 2.5 mm but they are all connected to the kit's plastic with all length so it is stable I can make the damage later on without any worries

No problem my friend, glad to do it  :-ok My fault is I did miss to take photos of the scratch mud guards before installing them but I was so happy with the result that I put them on place immediately.....

The inside of the turret is poor but not much is visible anyway, so here are the parts going inside as well as the inside of the commander's hatch

Joining of the hull parts wasn't  a walk in the park, some putty work was needed, the lost rivets during the process are made from scratch  with an excellent tool from RP Toolz

I started to clean up suspension parts, after the first one it was clear to me that is better to make it scratch build..... In the early stage of war it was common on German vehicles to have a flag or canvas on them so I made one from Milliput ( didn't decide yet what it will be, canvas or flag ), some upgrade around the tools from my PE spare part box, painted with basic shadows and decals are on

In the meantime I started the diorama, basic layout is done, I like to make my own buildings and surrounding, of course you can buy a lot of product on this theme but I have some freedom to make what ever I wish and to mach the model I make. More work naturally but on the end well worth it.A  lot more to follow

After hundreds of bricks and four days I finished the damn thing. After painted in red some bricks are filtered with lighter and darker color to get a more realistic look
