Title: French Canon de 16cm Mle 1893 (RetroTracks 1/72)
Post by: draken35 on August 22, 2013, 07:41:39 PM
Here is another great 1/72 kit from RetroTracks : the Canon de 16cm Modèle 1893. This gun was used by the French army dring all the Great War. Originally a navy coastal gun that was better used in the field…
The kit contains 38 parts, two of them being spare ones. The gun is divided into 4 sections; that is a good idea because that permits to avoid distorsion of a too long one piece only.
No bubble found on my sample; instructions are short but easily understandable; and guns being not frequently seen in the expositions, that gives you a very original subject.
Great and hardly recommended!

I fully agree! And I'm impatient to see the release of the 1/72 JPK90: I have build the chassis and Domi is finishing the master with all the details (turrets, episcopes, smoke launchers...)
