Hi guys,
it's been a time since my last post here. A friend of mine has been building a Yugoslav Hurricane, he's checked Srecko's study about the colors and he asked me to post his question here: is there any 3-viw drawing showing the modified british patter or the Zmaj one? He's really crazy about it so if you could help him out on this one would be great.
In another fashion, last week there was a modeling contest here in Buenos Aires, my Polikarpov IL-400b got a 3rd place :-tri but, sadly, the Ikarus Blenheim got nothing... damn those Bfs & Fws :-bat A relatively large group of people was surprised by the outcome of the show. Anyway, my revenge on that also bases on an MPM kit, though an old one... I'm gonna take the old :-danger Tupolev SB bomber :-danger and turn it into a PS-40 mail carrier with Aeroflot. I know the kit is a dog and I have 3 ICM kits in the stash, but be cause it is in my stash that dog's gonna get built one way or the other :-wall
Thx in advance for your help,
Javier

I have work only side view, not top views. But here you are two images, one UK and the other Yugoslav built and I will find some published material about top view profiles which could be of help.
Congratulation for third place :-clap :-ok

Hi Srecko,
thx for the photos, I'll send them to my friend with your permission. If you find out any other info about the cammouflage scheme, it would be great... Thx for your words regarding the prize, usually I enter those contests to let people know there's more to aviation than they think, specially pre WW2... Sometimes it works and I'm still building the kind of planes that I love.
Cheers,
Javier

One of UK origins...
Is this one of those with metal wings?
-
Yes it is ;)

Any 3-d views?
Some serial numbers of those Hurricanes with metal wings?
-
I did not make any 3D views. I have to see for the list of this Hurricanes. I know I have them somewhere... I have a problem that for a long time I can not find where exactly I have stored some material for this airplane, and there some interesting material like the assembly diagram from the Rogozarski factory...

:-obey Thank you Srecko!!! :-obey
This is going to come in handy for Martin, he entered the site and he really liked it. What was the armament fitted to your Hurricanes? Brownings I suppose, were they 0.30 cal.?
I'm currently not building anything, I just lost my Mum today after a serious illness, and trying to build something even as a means of scape is really hard. So I just visit modeling sites trying to loose it up a little bit...
Cheers and take care of the people you love, you never know how long are they going to be around...
