This one is a real puzzle.
A hurricane with USAAF or USN markings, but on the tall Royal Navy can be seen. The only information I have is that it was taken on the 8th Nov 1942 and could be in Algeria.

Good morning mate!!!
Yellow border arround the national insignia as well date and place of crash clearly indicate operation "Torch". Note also that national flag on the vertical is also overpainted. Plane on image could be Hurricane Mk. XIIb built in the Canada by Canadian Car & Foundry and it is converted into the deck version. And this is ex 808 from Fleet Air Arm and place of photo might to be beach close to the St Leu in Algeria.

Your profile is of a Canberra B(I) Mk8, which could be used as a long range night interdictor, high level bomber or target marker.
The Argentina Air Force (AAF) order a number of refurbished ex-RAF B Mk2 Canberras, they were renamed B. Mk62's and the fist one was handed over on the 16th November 1970.
During the 1982 Falklands war the AAF lost two Canberra during attacks on agisnst the UK forces, one on the 1th May and the other 13st June.
The Canberra was withdrawn from AAF service in 2000.
