Trident Systems and UAV
« on: April 14, 2011, 03:38:48 PM »
The U.S. Navy is outsourcing the task of boosting the performance of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) by developing small UAV technology, control stations, sensors, and other support systems for persistent surveillance. The ultimate goal is to detect and target forces who engage in sabotage, plant IEDs, and launch other terrorist offenses.

RAF Reaper UAV's in action, No.39 Sqn carrying out reconnaissance and attack missions. Could be the way forward, no danger to the pilots
