It is nice to keep this plane preserved but why in that conditions? A-20 is very interesting plane for me and I like the fact that he is single crew in the cockpit.

Great site No.1,

I'm going to get out my Russian-English dictionary and have a go at that one.  The plane was well liked by its aircrew and packed a good punch for a light bomber, pretty fast also.  The Russians ended up getting the lion's share of production on this a/c as on the Airacobra.

Hi guys,

from what I recall, that Havoc got damaged in one of the heavy snowstorms over Moscow. The snow piled up on the horizontal surfaces and along with the wind, it snapped the landing gear an the elevator... It doesn't seem to have been repaired.

What a shame...

Cheers,

Javier
