New Collection of Images
« on: May 09, 2014, 01:26:00 PM »
Just added the following images to my collection. I understand that they were taken in the Toburk area, date unknown, by a member of N.462 Royal Australian Air Force.

Thanks No.1.
No.8 Is a Gotha Go 242 glider or it could be the Go 244 which was fitted with engines. From the angle of the image it not easy to say which one it is.

Hi mates :-salut

Thank you mfg495 to share these pictures.
Go 244 had fixed u/c and the forward tips of the booms were enlarged to fit engine. On the picture it's a Go 242.

Phot No. 2 shows a Bf 109 F-4/Z with GM-1 device, so the enlarged oil cooler which will be seen on the Bf 109 G-2 with DB 605 A engine.
