What's this airplane ?

Does anyone knows what this airplane is ? It's in Japanese markings...

I thought that was a British airplanr but I don't see the model it could be...

This is Parnall Panther Carrier Reconnaissance aircraft.

Twelve Panthers were sold to the Imperial Japanese Navy in 1921-22 but have no info about the further history.
