Maykop (Майкоп), April 27. /TASS./ The L-39 aircraft of the Maikop training aviation base made a crash landing near the village of Kosinov in Adygea, the pilot was hospitalized, a source in the operational services of the Republic told TASS on Friday.

"The training aircraft of the Maikop training aviation base made a hard landing, there was one person on Board - the pilot-cadet. He was hospitalized, " - said the Agency interlocutor.

Birds can do a LOT of damage! I'm glad the pilot was able to land the airplane successfully and hopefully he can resume training soon. It's always bad when a bird gets through the windscreen, so I wish the pilot quick recovery.
