I don't think so. The reality is simplier : He 162 N°3 had the nose of N°2 which had been entirely painted wine-red (more precisely "bordeaux", a sort of red-maroon) having been exposed during a wine fair at... Bordeaux. This color has been found during restoration of He 162 N°2 (actually WNr 120015, yellow 21 in the Luftwaffe) of the Musée de l'air et de l'espace at Le Bourget.
