Little update with two photos, one captured with Polish markings and another one which shown interesting camouflaged pilot uniform.

Pilot-ACE of the 16th guards fighter regiment of the 9th guards aviation division, twice Hero of the Soviet Union, commander of the guard squadron captain Grigory Rechkalov in the cockpit of his p-39Q-15-BE "Aerocobra" RGA (number 44-2547). The end of 1944.

Grigory Andreevich Rechkalov (09.02.1918 or 1920-22.12.1990) on the fronts of the great Patriotic war from the first day. He fought on I-153, I-16, YAK-1 and p-39 "Aerocobra" fighters. In total, during the war, he completed 450 sorties, conducted 122 air battles in which, according to various sources, he shot down 56-61 enemy aircraft personally and 4-6 aircraft in a group.
